I have a friend of mine whose wages were robbed by this company.This company never sent her a W2. Yet this company reported the wrong amounts to the IRS, FTB and the SSA. Absolutely horrible.I feel bad for her because she didn't deserve this at all.This company reported $20000 less to the SSA and IRS purposefully making her oay back the government.I feel awful for my friend bcmecause she was victimized due to her mkney being stolen frkm her.DO NOT GO THEM FOR YOUR TAXES. Had an appointment with Rachel and my fiancé was schedule an hour later, she was late to our phone appointment, didn't have any of our paperwork ready even though it was sent to her 3 days in advance, had to call me 40 minutes after my appointment started and hadn't ran any numbers, called me when my fiancé appt had "started" and still hadn't added our home to the equation.. she was argumentative and saying its because I know when I would ask her questions. Had been doing taxes with them for a few years. It was never excellent, but they usually had a quick turn around and got me decent returns.This year however has been a night and day difference. It’s been weeks since my tax appointment and still no final docs to sign and turn into IRS!I understand that they may be under staffed (like many businesses after Covid) and even have new staff members who are training, but it’s not an excuse for a poor/greedy business model like they have right now.Don’t take more customers than you can handle!
