“Michael was awesome. I live in Folsom and I called on a Friday afternoon needing carpet clean ASAP. He answered promptly, and he was scheduled me for the next morning at 7am on a Saturday. The next morning I called him around 8:17am I called him to apologize because I had over slept and would be right there and at that moment I realized I had booked a carpet cleaning for Folsom, “LOUISIANA” and he was located in Folsom, “CALIFORNIA”. And my 8:17am was 6:17am to him. Boy did I feel stupid!! But Michael was very sweet about it and I still tipped him for his trouble. For anyone in The Tahoe CALIFORNIA area, this is the guy!! And if you are in Folsom, LOUISIANA, I got a guy for you!! Hahaha!!”

“Let me tell you this business came through for my family when no one else would. I called 7 different cleaners before contacting hazel cleaners and that's only because I was going off a list. That list is gone, I've found my dry cleaning business. Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning (3) 1980 vintage 49ers starter jackets and making them look brand new, but they had them done in 4 hours. The soonest with all the other cleaners I could get was Wednesday, and that was not in time for the big game tomorrow.
