He has done a really great job of taking a lot of time with me and educating me about the pest control products and procedures. I have learned a lot from him. He seems very nice, friendly, helpful, knowable, honest, spends a lot of time with me, goes way beyond what was required to help me, and does everything he can to be as helpful as possible to me.
