I had the best experience at St Joseph’s Pavillion recently. I was going in for a procedure on my back that involved a very scary needle. I was terrified. My doctor, Dr. Pitino and her staff were so awesome! They all made me feel more comfortable and less panicky. They engaged me throughout the whole procedure, so much so that I was surprised when they said it was over.
I couldn’t ask for better care than Dr. Pitino and her staff.
5 Stars for DOT the post surgery nurse who was super sweet and kind! She was so attentive to our son. That entire time we were there she was just very great at explaining everything. She's awesome! NO stars for the young short hair, blonde with glasses at the front lobby! She was very dry very rude! Since I got there, she was treating me like I didn't matter, but she was treating my sons dad alot better than me and even validated his parking, but didn't do it for me.
Came in as a walk in Was waiting for prelab n ekg. for surgery....Checked in and sat as they called people in that came After me. When I inquired they said u have 4 people in front of you...All 4 of those people were in back of me in line to ck in and I was Still Waiting WHY??!!!
