I had my first appointment this past Monday. I had an appointment at 4pm. Earlier in the day I received a text message asking me to complete a very long patient questionnaire which asked everything from very personal questions, to daily health and eating habits. It did not ask me to include my actual medical history, or what medications I was taking, etc. I thought that was strange, but not as weird as sitting in the patient room waiting for 45 minutes staring at photos of pizza all over (and I mean everywhere) the walls. PDQ is our family go to medical office. All the staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The lobby wait was minimal as was the wait to see the physician. They listen and do not rush through the exam.
