I am not writing about the quality of the product, but about the customer service. Initially I had a poor experience with two employees, but I escalated the issue to a supervisor, Rohit. He went above and beyond to resolve the matter. So, ask for Rohit should you require help.
Display room has large amount of display items of different countertop materials (Granite, Quartz, Quartzite, Porcelain).
Took some samples with us. Can't say anything about the quality of the materials
Found the PERFECT flooring! All the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The vast array if beautiful options for various parts of your project is simply amazing. I highly recommend. I posted pics of my Dream floors I'll be getting done soon! Thank you MSI!
