    I am not writing about the quality of the product, but about the customer service. Initially I had a poor experience with two employees, but I escalated the issue to a supervisor, Rohit. He went above and beyond to resolve the matter. So, ask for Rohit should you require help.

    Maybe 1/2 a star. Was over there today and there is no customer service or at least what I could find. A QR code awaits you at the door. Hmmmmmmm, not a great place if you want help. Usually someone would come up eventually right? I have been to other stone yards in the past on tile row and prefer those. WOW

    Display room has large amount of display items of different countertop materials (Granite, Quartz, Quartzite, Porcelain).
    Took some samples with us. Can't say anything about the quality of the materials

    I am deeply disappointed with MSI Tiles’ service. My project manager and I have spent the last month trying to get clear and accurate information about specific porcelain tile models and their equivalencies with exclusive models MSI sells through Home Depot.

    We are particularly interested in MSI LivingStyle Cream, which Home Depot claims is the same as MSI Skye Toffee. However, MSI has provided conflicting information on this matter. Despite escalating the issue to MSI leadership, we have received no response at all.

    For most homeowners, projects like these are once-in-a-decade undertakings and represent a significant financial and emotional investment. The inability to get consistent, reliable information from MSI during such an important decision-making process is unacceptable and has left us feeling frustrated and unsupported.

    Based on this experience, I cannot recommend MSI. Clear communication and customer support should be a top priority, especially for customers making such significant investments in their homes.

    As of dec 12/24 I arrived late night to deliver load the security guard a black man he was disrespectful and take 100$ cash just for parking outside the gate .
    MSI needs to fire this kind people

    Avoid This Company at All Costs!

    We had a terrible experience with this TILE and Stone company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their stone needs. We purchased $10,000 worth of stone slabs, only to have the company refuse to release them to us. Their reasoning? They claim we already signed for the materials and that the stones are no longer there. This is simply not true.

    Despite our repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the company has refused to acknowledge their mistake or provide a solution. Their customer service has been dismissive, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to take accountability.

    If you’re considering spending your hard-earned money here, think twice. Their lack of integrity and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction make them a liability. Save yourself the frustration and go to a more trustworthy and reputable supplier.
