I wanted to get my lashes done last minute and easily booked online that same morning. They had an opening in less than 2 hours and quickly text me to confirm. Alisha did my lashes and she was WONDERFUL. They looked amazing and better than what I even imagined. Unfortunately, the next day I woke up at 7am and knew immediately I had an allergic reaction. I was so bummed but knew the lashes needed to come off asap. Although they weren't open, I got online again and checked for the earliest appt for removal. They had a 915 appt. I booked it and it said waiting for confirmation from business. Probably about 30 minutes or so later, they text and asked if I could come at 930. I had typed in the booking comment about my reaction so when they text they also asked if I could send a pic. I sent the pic and informed me they would give me a 50% refund which I thought was more than fair. I went at 930 and Sanny did an awesome job at removing the lashes and getting all The glue off. I did not pay for the removal. I received my refund and was very impressed with the customer service I received. I'm really bummed that the lashes didn't work out though because they looked amazing!

Love this place. I had a fill done although it was my first time here, and they were originally done somewhere else, they fixed my eyelashes and made them look even better. It was very calm inside and relaxing, she was done within an hour. I recommend this place 100%. Also very affordable.
