It was my first time getting a facial and Amelia was my Esthetician. As a man, with Parkinson's, I felt a little out of place, but she made me feel comfortable and right at home. She took the time to explain every step during the process. Gentle, Caring, and Professional are the words I would use to describe Amelia I highly recommend Mel's!
I was dealing with acne, hyperpigmentation, and an uneven skin tone on my face. I initially visited a dermatologist who recommended a salicylic acid peel. However, after the treatment, my skin didn't peel at all. That's when I decided to look for someone well-reviewed nearby and came across Mel's Skin Spa.
I booked an appointment with her. Although the place was a little difficult to find, she guided me over the phone until I reached her location. She is very friendly and made me feel like she had known me for a long time. When I told her about my ongoing skin issues, she kindly offered me a free upgrade.
