We hired Bobby and his team to demo our pool. They were professional, kind, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. His team lead, Miguel, was on site every day and made sure to clean up before leaving. We’re new homeowners tackling a huge reno, and Bobby made himself a resource, welcoming all of our questions. These guys are honest, and we never felt upsold or pressured into doing anything we didn’t need. Our pool demo happened right before the biggest storm in recent history hit SoCal. Our backyard turned into a lake! One text to Bobby and his team came out immediately to pump out the water and help us solve the drainage issue. Needless to say, we’ll definitely work with them again!
We waited and saved a long, long time to start work on our "vintage" back yard. We read A LOT of Yelp! and other reviews. After reading nothing but good things about Frisch & Sons, we gave them a call. These are the things that stood out to us: 1. David Jr. called back quickly and showed up to have a look and give us an estimate right away. He was polite, personable, and went right to measuring. He was done and out in 20 minutes and I could return to my day with little fuss. He promised an estimate by the next day and it arrived as promised. 2. My husband is an engineer and he went over the bid with a fine-tooth comb. He literally red-lined the bid, asked questions he was concerned about and sent it back. We got an email from Bobby right away. He very kindly and patiently went over each item of concern, line by line, and returned the bid. The process of making sure my detail-oriented husband was happy spoke VOLUMES to both of us about how they run their business. We signed that bid quickly! 3. When work started, David Jr. and his crew were quick to work and did everything they said they would do with professionalism. Throughout the 3 day job, I was so impressed with the personable nature between foreman and crew. They liked their jobs and they respected each other. It showed in how well they worked together. 4. They did an AMAZING job. We are still marveling at the work they did leaving us with a clean slate to start our next project..the hardscape. I very much hope to have Frisch & Sons on that project as well. In closing, I HIGHLY recommend Frisch & Sons. In this day and age, it's hard to put your trust in folks who promise a certain level of work, let alone your hard-earned money and your home sweet home. But working with Frisch & Sons was a great experience. They were and are everything they promised to be.
