Absolutely YES! If you know what you want or even if you don't Francesca is the one for you. I fist came to her 5 yrs ago and will not let anyone else touch my face. She is completely professional, educational & a perfectionist. Her quality is immaculate and the vibes are calming. Worth every penny. If you are in need of brow, eye liners & lip pigmentation Go see Francesca, she will not disappoint.
