Had S&E out for a water heater that finally gave out after years of putting it off. Called in the morning and Steven had a new one installed the same day. He hauled away the old tank and cleaned everything up before he left. Price was fair and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Solid work from guys who clearly know what they’re doing.
Our backyard cleanout was overflowing Saturday morning and we had sewage coming up into the grass. Not how we planned to start the weekend. S&E picked up right away and had someone out within a couple hours. Turned out roots had grown into the line. They cleared everything out and showed us what they pulled from the pipe, which was honestly pretty wild to see. Price came in way under what we were expecting for that kind of job.
