My HVAC system went out this summer (go figure). I called the folks who installed the unit and got charged through the nose for refrigerant. Later to find out my evaporator coil was leaking. The company I was working with quoted me my bank account, so i decided to go a different direction. After talking to a number of HVAC experts I decided to call DGL. They had someone here the next day to assess the unit, helped me process the warranty claim, and had it fixed later that week. The job took several hours but it got done same day. DGL was thorough in explaining the process in what to expect in the installation process and breakdown of costs. Installation was really quick and they always cleaned up after themselves. It was great working with Gene…thanks again
