Went to drop off a shirt to get dry cleaned. Asked them to be careful of the buttons because it’s an expensive shirt and I have no extra matching buttons. She couldn’t guarantee that they won’t break any buttons and said sorry it happens. If you have nice expensive clothing don’t bring it here. Drove 6min to another cleaners and they had no problem with me asking to be careful with buttons. If a place tells you they can’t take care to not damage your clothing then they can’t be trusted.
Our family have been a loyal customer of this cleaners for the past 8 years, and it’s truly incredible how one experience can completely change your perspective on a business. My husband had a flight scheduled for Sunday morning 3/16/25, and while running our final travel errands on Saturday (3/15/25) evening, we realized we forgot to pick up his dry cleaning—his travel clothes were still there! I called the cleaners about 7 minutes before closing time (6:00 pm), and a female staff member answered. I explained the situation and told her our son was on his way and would be there in about 10 minutes, about 3 minutes after closing time.

I don’t like this dry-cleaning store. When I dropped off my clothes, I specifically mentioned that I wanted my pleated skirt to be pressed and asked if I could pick it up a few hours earlier. The staff didn’t mention any additional charges at the time.
However, when I went to pick up my clothes, another staff member suddenly told me there was an extra fee for early pickup and even said they charge $1 for each pleat in the skirt. I told them that no one had informed me about these extra charges beforehand. The staff member then said they would waive the fee this time but wouldn’t do so next time.
