I have been coming here for the past 3 years and have been pleased with the customer service and quality. Recently I have had horrible service on several occasions from Rosalinda. She is extremely rude and unpleasant, clearly hates her job. Time to find a new dry cleaner!

I brought some shirts in to be altered before and really liked their work. I brought some items in today and the lady asked me if they were simple and I said yes, she said they don't do alterations here and tried to send me somewhere at the Marketplace. She seemed like she didn't really want to deal with me.They need to take down the sign in their window that says 'alterations and repair' because clearly they don't. Guess I don't need to come back here ever again.

I didn't use there services but I had an emergency and needed help. The young lady behind the counter helped me with out even blinking and eye. Going forward I will be bringing my dry cleaning to them because of that young lady!!
