What a pleasure dealing with this company! I called them out at the end of a business day with a plumbing emergency. They sent Trevor within the hour. The work he did was completed perfectly, leaving zero mess behind. Highly recommend! Update: March '26, Trevor did a major water tank & heater repair, & installed a new kitchen faucet. As usual, his work was impeccable. Update June 2026: experienced a serious leak. As per usual Trevor responded within just a few hours, diagnosed the problem quickly. Such impressive service!

Tom did a great job identifying the issue and had it repaired before I could finish my morning coffee! He showed me photos of the damaged compressor and described why it had failed. I didn’t feel like I was overcharged or taken advantage of which often happens with some vendors. I couldn’t be happier with this company and will definitely be using them in the future.
