Albert is a very unprofessional person. My insurance paid for my tow and he called my cell phone while I was at work a dozen times to collect 15.88 which my insurance company already paid him in full. He then sent me text messages harassing me. I asked him 2 times to stop texting my cell phone. I am now reporting him to the Attorney Generals office and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Don’t go to this person, he is just looking to take your money on top of taking money from the insurance company to help his struggling business. He is a non professional and your money and time will be best spent getting your car towed from a company who deserves your valuable time and money.
