I saw Kim for a lingering left shoulder issue that I couldn't "solve" with two other physical therapists. My second PT concluded that I had a nerve issue in my neck that was causing the left shoulder (and occasionally elbow and wrist) discomfort, but even then the exercises and "prehab" wasn't addressing it. I train in the sport of weightlifting which requires repetitive overhead movements which did not help the situation. My initial consult with Kim was very easy and I think she more or less hit the nail on the head - yes it was likely a nerve issue but also stress! I basically purchased a 20-pack on the spot. I have had a great experience with Kim! I came to her for some longstanding issues with back pain, which she was able to help me with right away. During one of my visits I mentioned that I had severe migraines, and she recommended I try acupuncture for that. What a difference! During one of my weekly sessions I came in with a severe migraine, but after letting Kim know she tailored my treatment that day and almost immediately my migraine level was significantly decreased, and by the end of the session it was completely gone. Wow! Highly recommend Kim and Seven Sages Acupuncture.
