Marquez Iron Works
“I had two gates installed by Marquez Iron Works in 2025. Both are custom and beautiful. I had long wanted a wrought iron gate to replace an old painted one that separates an RV parking area at my residence from the patio and main backyard. Jose came out and designed one that would coordinate with my two other existing gates. He also gave me an estimate for a repair to my large existing gate, which had been damaged by heavy winds in the spring.<br><br>Between the time that the small one was designed and installed, my larger gate was further damaged, so when David came out to install the small gate, I decided to replace rather than repair the large gate, even though it had been painted in January. It was not custom-made, however, and had a big gap at the bottom on one side because I live on a hill and my driveway slopes.<br><br>David designed a new, custom gate that fits perfectly on my sloped driveway. He also used the paint that I had on hand from my prior painting project so that it matches my fences. I have had many compliments on the gates, and my neighbors liked it so much that they had Marquez Iron Works install a new gate even though they had another one put in not long ago.<br><br>I am posting before and after pictures of the two gates.”
