Highly recommended! My garage door opener wasn't lifting the door. Betto was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and showed me the broken tube sprocket. He didn't have the part on his truck and was planning to order it. Instead, he called me a 2 hours later and said a coworker had the part. He offered to come back and finish the job. Betto also adjusted the door balance so that it would be less stress on the motor and spring. Will use and recommend them for any garage door issues in the future.

Garage Door Star installed 2 beautifully customized garage doors in our home in October 2021. This month, the trim connected to the frame that was held together by small nails started coming off. I called Sam to let him know and instead of saying that it's not covered by the warranty, he went out of his way to come to the house and reattach it! No questions asked! Thank you Sam for the professionalism!

I love saying how grateful and happy I am with GREAT SERVICE!! Troubleshooting my random garage issues was a pain, but Sam was very patient and eventually fixed it! And he seems very honest and trustworthy. That's very refreshing. I'm so thankful. Lisa
