This review will be changed upon some kind of professional contact from the companytried to order from thier listed business number, and ive been getting very unclear answers, and they apparently dont have a means of doing orders??told to go to amazon, but amazon does not have the 8 foot wide fence sections that i need. now they send me strait to voicemail.(Edit) finally spoke with someone competent and the issue is getting resolved
Xcel fence is the best. Super company to deal with. I have a fence I installed several years ago holding up great. Adding more gates. Customer service was very helpful in my gate assembly. Thank you Eddie for all your help.Angie
Bought a few fences last week...Somehow I made some mistake putting them together, so I was ready to return them.Before driving to Xcel, called Louis and explained him my situation, and he offered me to put them together for me.Next day, brought all my fences back, and to my surprise, Louis put them together in a minute.Extremely happy with the fences, and the support from Xcel.
