I was upgrading the trim kit in my shower but I was having a hard time removing the shower cartridge. I followed every instruction and video tutorial I could find but nothing prevailed so I ended up calling a plumber for assistance. He came the next day and was initially worried that he if couldn't remove it that the whole value would have to be removed which would cost a lot more money. It was a bit of a struggle but after 10 mins he was able to remove it. He even installed the new one for me which I had already to install myself. He offered to finish the installation of my trim kit but I told him I would finish myself. Very friendly guy! He was a big help! A pleasure...read full review
