Elvia Nunez was amazing to me. She was very compassionate and kind in all ways. If I didn't understand something, she would review it and reexplain patiently. She was always available to answer any questions, and always picked up the phone at all times. For such a delicate time in life, I truly feel like this is the perfect place and choice for my ending. It's not easy to trust all services and businesses, but for this very important stage in life, I feel so at peace and comfortable with my decision. Staff were all nice and caring. Great customer service. Especially Jerry great guy, extremely attentive in ensuring all the details for the funeral were met. Good listener. I feel that's important, especially when your going through a sad emotional stage, good to know he was there to carry-on. Thanks for your help and always having that smile.

We recently had my father's services at Richardson Funeral Home and even in the most difficult times they made us feel good. They guided us through everything and made the process easier (except for the death certificates, they took too long). Overall, I am very thankful with their services. The staff was friendly and caring, especially Hugo, Ruben, and Elvia.
