My overall experience was very pleasant even with all the staff. They offer Apple play so easy to do slide show. They have coffee. But I brought coffee and pastries for the guest arriving. It’s not very personal special, I feel up to you Make it to how you want it to personalize it. I have some suggestions when arriving to plan your service they should offer snacks or some refreshments to the families. We were there early and for 3 hours with only water and coffee. My sister and I were so hungry and it took longer than we expected to go over everything . These are emotional times for families I think having some complimentary snacks would make things smoother.
Everyone we delt with at Draper Mortuary were very helpful and courteous. They answered all our questions and seemed genuinely sincere. Nick was our contact at the service and he was there when needed and answered all our questions we had. We do highly recommend them.
Our experience with Draper Mortuary was the very best. Caring, understanding and supportive staff are why this business has been a part of Ontario’s history. I highly recommend them. A+
