When I arrived, I immediately understood why the approval code is required. Another customer who showed up without one was politely turned away at the front desk. “My wife has chronic pain. We found Gentle Crane and the service has been phenomenal. My wife has been receiving care from Kristen, maybe 12 times now. She gets the care she needs to relax her muscles and break up re-occurring knots and tension. My wife likes to talk alot and Kristen has been so friendly and attentive.

I do not talk that much :) and Kristen can go with that flow also. If you choose to be chatty, they will listen and chat but if you want to stay silent and be in the moment that is okay too. I have also had massages from Jenny and Ashley who were all amazing.

Each therapist employed different but effective techniques on me. In all cases they zeroed in on trouble spots I didn't even know I had.

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A couple of days ago, I woke up with extremely neck, shoulders, and back pain. I tried going to a chiropractor but none had availabilities.

Desperate, I decided to get a massage instead. This was my first time here, and it was like the stars aligned. I walked in, and they took me right away. I explained what I was experiencing, and they paired me up with Cindy. She’s so tiny and cute but WOW! Is she strong! She got straight to work, getting the knots out in my shoulders and back.
