I have no idea who I spoke to, but I work with helping coordinate patients care for better health and social outcomes for the state of CA. I am working with a mutual patient with this office, the woman I spoke to had no interest in hearing where I was calling from nor how I want to help the patient. Spoke over my voice and was incredibly rude. If that's any indication on how this place operates I can see why the patient is under distress and trying desperately to change providers.

Terrible service. I was prescribed a medication my insurance didn't cover so I needed to get the prescription changed to one they did cover and I called every day for over a week to try to get the doctor to sign off on the prescription change. Everytime i call they put me on hold and forget about me so i have to hang up and call again and when someone actually tries to help me they just say that the doctor was busy and it is on their desk and it will be done by the end of the day I end up having to call again because the prescription was never changed.

This clinic offers a pleasant initial hospitality, the medical assistants are professionals, however, after an anamnesis and a mystical and clairvoyant evaluation by the doctor (who could not even use the stethoscope), it can be determined that they are better with the treatments of Google did not generalize, but that's my experience.
