They are the best. My house is kept up at all times and anytime I find a problem they are able to come out and fix the bugs. We have a toddler and don’t want any bites from the black widows. Recommend to any and all for bug free life
This was my first experience with this company & the technician Albert was very thorough in addressing my concerns while here. He removed cob webs before even spraying my home inside & out when I initially called for an ant problem. I will continue to use them on a quarterly basis & highly recommend their pest control service.
I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Corona and I needed a termite inspection for a home in Los Angeles. My long time trusted termite company was retiring and had merged their business in with PPM. It was a great referral. Andy was my inspector. Unfortunately, the first time he went to inspect, someone had failed to return the keys to the lockbox. Emily and Andy reached out to me without complaint and Andy made a second trip to get the job done. Also, I had the report in 24 hours. I have been in the real estate business for 42 years and that is what I call outstanding customer service. Needless to say, I give PPM a 5 star rating and a top notch recommendation.
