I've been a pool owner for three years now. I found paradise pools about 1 1/2 years ago. So far they have been the most honest and upstanding company that I've dealt with. My pool equipment went out about six months ago and they sent a tech, and they could've really stuck it to me, but they didn't. They replaced the turbine inside and that was all that was needed at the time and it worked perfectly fine. Had to order a part for my pool filter. Melissa did a fantastic job in helping me out and explained everything. Was able to order the part ... 2 to 3-day wait was only a 1 day. Picked up part the very next day! Very friendly staff and great service. ??
best value and most convenient muriatic acid and chlorine. the refillable jugs also reduce waste and help avoid multiple and frequent trips. they have everything imaginable needed for pools and equipment and even service. truly a one stop shop from knowledge, water testing, chemicals, pool equipment, pool service, and equipment service.
