I've been a pool owner for three years now. I found paradise pools about 1 1/2 years ago. So far they have been the most honest and upstanding company that I've dealt with. My pool equipment went out about six months ago and they sent a tech, and they could've really stuck it to me, but they didn't. They replaced the turbine inside and that was all that was needed at the time and it worked perfectly fine. I recently had to buy a new pump motor system and it works perfectly fine. im very happy with the service. This is a very honest company with impeccable standards, and very good technicians. The prices are fair and they're honest. Supply wise, they have always check my water. Let me know what was needed and never upsell me with stuff that I didn't need. They do have a small selection chemicals, tools, gear, toys so its a no frills operation that's straight to the point. I 100% recommend them for all your service needs!
