I am writing to provide feedback regarding the pool service I have received over the past six months. Unfortunately, I have found the quality of work to be consistently low and the service to be lacking in thoroughness. Additionally, communication from your team has not met expectations.

Due to these ongoing issues, I cannot recommend your services to others.

I wish I knew or was warned. I was charged triple for an item that needed to be replaced (I had to ask multiple times for the receipt). I also found out from my new pool guy that the PH is extremely high. Which means that I will need to drain the pool some to bring it to a normal level to prevent damage to the wall.
