I am a return patient of Dr. Loomba. I had extensive work done in 2017. Although I had insurance then, I still had a large amount of out out pocket expenses. The office was great at working with me to ensure I was able to receive all the treatment needed while still making my payments affordable. Fast forward to today, and i again need extensive work. I suffered from medical condition which lead to weak tooth enamel and caused breakage of my teeth. I was just as nervous as any new patient could be. The office staff and hygienist were great at easing my fear, assured me everything would be fine...took their time with me. I've been a patient at this office for majority of my life now, everything about it is so different from other offices. There's no eerie uncomfortable feeling from the moment you walk through the door, it's quiet, there's tons of color and they care about your experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I've gotten general cleanings done, orthodontic treatment, and my wisdom teeth removed (I had 4) and every single time, I've never felt scared or anxious about anything. I sincerely feel like every member of staff here at Ontario Smiles is well qualified and wants to give the best possible care to each and every patient.

I have my whole family here and we love how friendly the staff is. I came to see Dr. Ramia to do a deep cleaning and she did a fantastic job! We've been coming here for a couple of years now and we see that they care a lot for their patients!
