They are lovely here, the lead dentist and staff are so experienced and know exactly how to treat their patients. They listen to your needs and make you feel welcome, heard, and calm. TRUST THEM! My 4 year old daughter was having a toothache. Her usual dentist could not see her for another week. I was not comfortable making her wait that long, so I called around and found Ontario Family Dentistry. They were able to squeeze me on the same day. We did have to wait, but it was understandable since I didn't have an appointment. The staff was very helpful, especially Nichola, who took my daughter's X-rays and made my daughter feel more comfortable. They were able to do the treatment to get my daughter out of pain and I even learned that my original office was way overcharging me since my insurance plan has not changed and mostly everything was covered under my plan. I highly recommend Ontario Family Dentistry, and I'm so glad I found them. Thank you, staff and Dr. Hong, for making my baby feel better and a great experience.
The reason I've been going there for decades is trust. You can be assured that what is diagnosed is accurate.Many of my friends have been scammed into unnecessary work by other dental offices (and have kindly shared on review sites to warn others). In these friends' situations, the loss of money would have been bad enough, but I think in some cases, teeth could have been saved if a more ethical dental office like Ontario Family Dentistry had been involved.Finally, the staff is pleasant; the waiting area is family-friendly; and there's plenty of parking spaces in the back.
