Not sure why they have such low reviews, others mentioned older lady and she wasn't even close to old. Nonetheless, the prices are absolutely reasonable and great customer service. Their service is a bit on the slow side. I don't live in the area and stopped coming here for a while after they didn't have my clothes ready, a day or two after the date promised. They had my clothes for over a week, for goodness sake!
I stopped going to the previous place for the same reason. They obviously have my phone number. I could never understand why they don't CALL the customer to let them know their stuff is not ready by the date GIVEN to them.
I gave them 3 stars because the younger lady that works in the morning is really fast, efficient, and friendly AND their prices are pretty reasonable.
