This was my pets first time here and I will absolutely be switching to them as my regular vet. All of the staff from the front desk to the doctor were friendly, attentive and kind. I have a pitty who gets nervous at times especially at the vet. She did so good here, she was not as nervous as usual and the staff was patient with her. They took the time to explain everything and actually care about your pet. Also pricing is very good compared to the vet I used to go to. 100/10 I will recommend them to family and friends. I will only be coming here for all my pets now!
The team at New Haven animal hospital always takes very good care of my son Teddy. Everyone who has helped us is very kind and knowledgeable. They tend to be busy so it can take a while for visits but I know Teddy is in good hands.
Dr. Kang takes the time to listen to what we say about Teddy, answer all of our questions, and explain everything very thoroughly. I always tell my husband I wish my doctors were as caring and informative as teddy’s doctors
Rachel who helped with teddy’s procedure last time gave me thorough discharge instructions and sat with him through the scary day. He even let her give him hugs and kisses which means he really likes her.

My little dog hurt her eye. I had never been to New Haven before but they still made sure to see her when I took her in. The vet tech was so kind and caring. Daisy is usually afraid of people she doesn't know, but she was immediately comfortable with the tech. The vet was caring and professional. He made sure that Daisy was taken care of, and explained everything clearly to me. New Haven is definitely my new go-to place.
