Tech Vito arrived on time asked what problem was he told me the billing rate did his diagnosis explained what he thinks problem is a break in the line or loose wire he was right found a loose wire in bedroom receptacle. Vito was personal, talkative, professional not pushy and our labradoodle Maxx liked him.

I had a great experience with Mr. Electric of Ontario. They showed up right on time, which already set the tone, and got straight to work. The whole project was completed efficiently without cutting corners, which I really appreciated.
Vito was the standout. This guy was awesome. He didn’t mind me hovering a bit, asking questions, and trying to understand what he was doing. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the installation.
It’s not easy to find a company that combines professionalism, punctuality, and solid workmanship like this. I highly recommend Mr. Electric of Ontario and would definitely use them again.

They pulled permits and got through the process. Install was clean. Inspector was familiar with contractor and everything flew through and passed.
