We had a great and quick experience, Vito someone who knows what they are doing, we were out of power for a couple days. Vito came asking the questions that were needed to quickly resolve the issue. He solved the problem within ten minutes and help with extra issues. I truly recommend this service due to the professionalism and quick repairs.
Late on my review but I have to say Mr. Electric was great to work with. I called and they were able to get someone out the same day. When David showed up he was very polite, listened to my concerns and checked everything out thoroughly. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I actually understood what he was explaining to me. Luckily there was nothing wrong with our wiring to our ceiling fans which is what I was concerned about. The next time I have any type of electrical issue I will definitely be calling Mr. Electric again! And for those wondering there was no charge for David to come out and take a look at everything!
I was thoroughly impressed with Mr. Electric. From the scheduling staff, to the fast availability for service, to installation, everything was top notch. David was so helpful in talking me through options and clarifying my questions and concerns. He was professional, kind, and efficient. The prices were comparable to other electricians. They have definitely earned my business and trust. I will be using Mr. Electric for future needs.
