Jeff Aptekar oozes condescension. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. How are you employed by a counseling company if you can't control your own emotions? It's honestly kind of impressive that you could come across like such an arrogant tool in only a few minutes of interaction. I feel sorry for all of you clients and coworkers. People who work in your field should never look down on other people. Seems like the antithesis of your line of work to me. I hope it will not be your line of work for much longer.

I have been a patient at this clinic for about six years. I’ve had many positive experiences in that time, and I still greatly value my therapist, who has been amazing and supportive for six years. However, my most recent experience was extremely harmful, and I feel it’s important to share.

During my first appointment with a new psychiatrist, I had a panic attack. Panic attacks are part of why I come here, and while I was anxious, restless, and fidgeting, I was not a danger to myself or anyone else. I have had a great experience here with the staff and my doctor. My doctor, Dr Gal Andres, advocates for me and fights for me for the things I need. It is the best experience I have had with county offices/programs.
