Charged $300 for a $100 thermostat (that looks to be used). If you want to over charge people, charge higher labor rates, don't lie about a price of an item to the elderly. Not only that, they took the old, still functioning thermostat without asking...i'm assuming to sell to the next customer at an outrageous price. At least the technicians were nice, but that doesn't excuse dishonesty.

Yet another great review for M&M - we had Ryan come out to do a full on maintenance for a family member's house for sale. Awesome as always!! We've been customer's for 11 years now. Theresa is great too - whenever I need a referral for anything home repair related I call them first. I wish I could give them a 10!

I have had my AC unit for 23 years and it started freezing up and the temperature kept going higher each time I tried to lower it. I contacted M&M for a service call. Terry and Jeff came early and ready to help! They are friendly and professional and knew exactly what was going on with my AC unit! This is an honest and reliable company to take your business to! Thanks so much for fitting me in to your already busy summer schedule!
