This was my first time coming to LavishOak and recommending going! Marcella was very helpful when I came in to get a quick consultation on the ideas I had for a balayage and cutting my hair to give it more volume. I appreciated how she took her time and focus on my hair. In the past, I’ve experienced other salons where the stylist is managing 2-3 other clients and myself where I end up staying longer than expected or my hair is over processed. Thank you Marcella for being so friendly and welcoming! I love my new look 💕
