I do not recommend tracking number was issued on January 29. I live 25 miles from where it’s being shipped from contacted FedEx. They never got the package. They just got a shipping label. I’ve reached out to Karma beauty four times already with no response. it says my package would be here between 31 January to 2 February still have no package at FedEx. I have contacted my credit card company. They are disputing the charge karma beauty will not respond to any emails. I’ve notified the Better Business Bureau the FTC and everybody on Facebook and Instagram. Beware karma beauty is a scam. They take your money and send fake shipping labels to FedEx according to FedEx.... read full review

placed an order on August 6th today is the 14th it never shipped. called customer service and instead of answering me and saying hello they remove me from hold and I can hear a woman speaking Spanish to someone else for 33 minutes and I hang up I call back still same issue. I have emailed them more than 5 times. I have messages them through Facebook and no one responds. I'd like a refund but no one is responding 79.00 to waste I guess. I will not be buying from them again and don't recommend them to anyone. scam

Jasmine does an excellent job and i am so glad i found her! She is professional and informative and will make sure she provides just exactly the lash style you desire. She is humble and such a sweetheart. To top it off she has always accommodated me everytime i needed to be fit into her schedule.
