[Xstrands+ Member] I have been a HairClub Member for about two years now and I can't say how appreciative I am of all the staff at the Ontario Center. My Primary Stylist, Kenia Jamie, always does an amazing job on my cut-ins and application. My Secondary Stylist, Vanessa Sears, does an outstanding job on my weekly upkeep. The Center Manager, Jessica, always ensures I'm taken care of promptly. Together these girls have managed to restore my confidence to what it once was. I am very happy to be a part of the HairClub family and proud to call the Ontario Center home.
I have had experience with all stylist minus one at the ontario site. They are professional n well experienced in their field. Christina has been my selected hairdresser for my last year n a half n I enjoy n appreciate her dedication to the art. Thank you Hair Club staff for a great experience.
I feel a '3' is fair- The biggest problem here is they don't seem to care and will make you feel stupid or it's your fault if there's a problem. For the money the service is minimal. Cannot help with emergency repairs (or won't help) and give excuses or don't answer phone calls, always under-staffed- so they say. Hair cuts look shabby, as with color mismatch. They rush clients, send out with wet hair, not impressed by the management or lack ot. When it 1st opened the staff and management were unmatched Very difficult to contact anyone to lodge complaints- (a corporate issue) don't return calls, or make me feel like it's all my fault because I want or need service that I'm paying for. Sure, they have their 'favorites' like the 5-star reviews here, but most of those great reviews seem highly suspicious, especially the 1 from Florida?.This is Ontario, Ca.
