I want to share my remarkable experience with Dr. Nancy. After three days of severe insomnia, headaches, and a burning sensation throughout my body, despite having a normal body temperature. I went to Dr. Nancy for treatment. She performed acupuncture on my head and shoulders and used a pricking bloodletting technique on my fingers and toes.
As soon as she treated the fingers on my right hand, the burning sensation on right side of my body disappeared immediately. After completing the treatment, I fell into a very deep sleep. When I woke up, I felt completely restored, as if my body reset.
Dr. Nancy’s expertise made a dramatic difference in my condition, and I am truly grateful for her care.

Surveying the reviews on Dr Guo was the reason I selected to receive treatments from her. I needed to improve my immune system having to be on chemo treatments for life because I've metastatic breast cancer that has now advanced into the bone and liver. The toxicity of the drugs also causes acid reflux and I also suffer from severe sinus infection. Dr Nancy Guo assessed my health issues and was up to the challenge to help me. She has shown to be very caring and compassionate, willing to listen and follow-up after past sessions to ascertain how she can cover areas of concerns. My journey is not for cure but for long-term maintenance of my health. An improved immune system is the key to ward off further advancement of cancer and I'm investing in my health with her professional medical services. I'm very blessed to have found one such acupuncturist who has shown me, over the past months, her dedication & integrity of taking care of her patients. I've paid alot more for acupuncture before but found her rates affordable making it possible for me to enroll for long-term treatment. She's a true testament of a dedicated physician motivated not by greed but a compassion to use her talent for the betterment of human kindness and decency, very commendable indeed!

Dr. Nancy is amazing with a gentle kindness. Soft spoken and very caring. I have so much pain from my autoimmune which is attacking my joints and spine. 3 kaiser doctors later and taking lots of meds. Dr. Nancy is amazing!!! My dad has been struggling with chronic pain for the past year due to stage 4 lung cancer that has spread to his bones. The arthritis in his back didn’t allow him to live an active life anymore. He has to stop the morning walks that he enjoyed because the back and sciatica pain was debilitating. We tried physical therapy and that didn’t help much. We were referred by Kaiser because even though he was taking strong pain killers the pain was always there. We were skeptical but we agreed to try acupuncture. My dad is terrified of needles but he says he doesn’t really feel the pinch. After 3 sessions we noticed a tremendous difference. We have been coming to Doctor Nancy for about 2 months. My dad has resumed his morning walks and is more active. He stopped taking any pain medication for about a week now and he feels amazing. I highly recommend this place it is always very clean. My dad likes that there is no waiting as soon as we get here we are greeted and sent to the room. My dad enjoys the relaxing music and even though he won’t admit it he relaxes so much he takes a quick nap 😂 I write this review with tears in my eyes because having cancer is already hard enough but having to deal with chronic pain is heartbreaking. It is very emotional to see my dads quality of life improving thanks to Doctor Nancy!🙏

I began treatment at GUO Chinese Acupuncture for neck and hip pain following a car accident. During my initial consultation, I mentioned the accident as the cause of my pain, but it seems there was a serious communication issue—possibly due to a language barrier—as the practitioner didn't fully understand or document that my condition was related to the accident.

Over the past few months, I continued receiving treatment, and I did feel some improvement in my pain. However, the situation became uncomfortable when I asked for medical documentation for my lawyer. The practitioner told me it would take a lot of time to prepare the paperwork and asked if I could wait until my treatment was finished. Later, after speaking with my lawyer, I was told the acupuncture documentation wasn't necessary.

When I returned for my next appointment, things took a strange turn. The practitioner was suddenly very flustered about the car accident being involved, even though I had been upfront about it from the start. She showed me her notes, which claimed that I said I didn't know the source of my pain—completely contradicting what I had told her. Ultimately, she refused to continue treatment after learning that a lawyer was involved.

While I did notice some physical relief during treatment, this experience left me very uneasy. It raised serious concerns about professionalism, documentation practices, and transparency. I would caution others who are considering this clinic—especially if you are seeking treatment following an accident or need medical records for legal purposes.

Did you guys know that Dr. Nancy saved my professional career AND saved my passion for combat arts? When I say this, I literally mean it she saved me. I was going through it with this chronic pain thinking I wouldn’t be able to work my hands the way I used to, until I made my first appointment here and immediately felt results after the first session😆 So anytime I had a serious injury, I could sense that Dr. Nancy really knew what she was doing, and when she’d find my areas of pain, she would do her thing and make sure I’m 💯 comfortable and in no pain. There’s so much I can point out that really puts Dr. Nancy apart. She is professional, very knowledgeable, extremely clean and hygienic, and absolutely amazing at what she does. I’ve been seeing her for over a couple years for various things now because with all that I do—I like to supplement with acupuncture as maintenance and self-care, and she’s truly good at it.
Also, did y’all know that because of the encouraging support and effective treatment from Dr. Nancy, Guo CMC now has their first Cali Muay Thai Atomweight CHAMPION?? 😝Yupp. We did it 💪🏽

I hurt my knee in October of 2024. I hopped over a flooded area on the jobsite and must have landed wrong. My knee hurt the next day and everyday after that. I thought giving it plenty of time it would heal itself, it did not. A couple months pass by still hurting so I wore a stretchy knee brace for a little while, but when I stopped wearing it the pain would return. The pain persisted till I decided to try acupuncture. I herd all the great things healing stories but never had the need until now. So In March 2025, I went on google and read Dr. Nancy's awesome reviews! After the very first visit there was huge relief. After the second even more! I did 5 total and the pain is practically gone! So if you are in pain give Dr. Nancy a try. No surgery, No drugs, No side affects, just pain relief!
