We had an amazing experience with Empire Tree Service! Carlos is not only professional but also extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was happening with the 32 trees on our property, and it was clear he genuinely cares about their health. Despite his busy schedule, he was quick to get us booked, which we really appreciated. His crew was amazing they were fast, efficient, and cut every tree with such precision--it was impressive to watch, and when they were done, the cleanup was so thorough you couldn't even tell they had been there! These folks are simply great to work with. They were very accommodating when we had to postpone our appointment twice and Carlos was good about staying in touch. The work they did was excellent and they got it done quickly. Thorough clean up job after finishing. We think the fee they charged was fair for the work that was done. Will definitely call them again when the trees need a haircut.
