Doug was so quick to respond and so helpful. I went to other pc repairs and they wouldnt be transparent about anything, which made me very hesitant with the vagueness and their long wait time. Doug instead responded to emergencies, gave a breakdown, possible causes, and everything else. Would recommend for those who like genuinely kind and informative techs
We have had the pleasure of having Doug service and update our computers-he is always there to address any and all questions. Talk about 24 hour service, 7 days a week, We can attest to the fact that Doug spent close to 5 hours during the evening hours-namely 5 to 10 pm to return our system to its basic operating efficiency-all this done remotely from his office and having direct access to our computer-truly amazing.
