Terrible communication terrible customer service. It is almost like she doesn’t read or understand when scheduling appointments. The day of the appointment I confirmed the appointment. She said that I never scheduled an appointment. So she rescheduled the appointment for an hour later. I agreed to the hour later scheduled appointment. When I was exiting the freeway to get to the appointment she rescheduled it for another 30 minutes later. I do not have time for this very unprofessional and also very inconsiderate. It’s hard to say that you didn’t schedule an appointment when it is in writing in messenger.
