In the many years that We've used Arnold service, We've never once had a outbreak of algae and always looks great! He is personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Whenever we've had questions about upgrades he has always been great and speedy while always taking care of the small details. Probably the best prices around as well, always fair. Highly recommended!
Good price and at first it was good service, but with lack of staffing. Started noticing that the assigned pool guy wouldn't show up weekly as agreed. Last December, I was on vacation and guy didn't show up, but I was invoiced. When I notified them that no one showed up and the pool was getting greenish; the Owner said that they have a lack of staff and won't be able to service my pool anymore.A heads up would have been nice, rather than leaving my pool without the necessary service and already getting green.
Great pool company and very inexpensive compared to other companies. Very reliable, always on time and they are always happy to answer any questions that I may have. Thank you for the great service Bright Eye Pool.
