Initially really nice guys but they gave us inaccurate quotes. Never followed up with us on our baseboards and carpet (restoration they said would take 3 days MAX to accomplish), but they happily and quickly took apart everything when there was some water on the baseboards only to give us excuses for weeks as to why they could NOT come back to fix everything. Ended up going with another company. Haven't heard from them since.
