I hate going to the dentist and I felt I had finally found a good dentist. So far everything seemed fine. I was scheduled for extraction of 3 wisdom teeth because thats all I have. I called to get an estimate of my co-pay and the lady gave me a rough estimate of over $1500 not sure if that was before billing my insurance because back in Nov when I was supposed to get this done I had been given a completely different amount. To top it off I kept being told the estimate was for 4 wisdom teeth when I only have 3. The girl kept saying 4 so I asked if she had the right person and she said yes and I immediately told her it all sounded sketchy and to cancel my appt. Now ill probably ly be charged the $100 for canceling within the 48 hours but how am I being given an estimate for teeth I dont even have!!! Idk if ill be back for my cleanings.

Have to say every single time I have came here the staff has made it easy and convenient to adjust to times I request. Recently went in for orthodontics appointment as well and from previous dental visits till current ortho visit all staff had been very generous and kind but have to say Erica in specific has excelled in her customer service ensuring all my financial questions were answered. Couldn’t be any happier with this place and will definitely recommend this place.

So they are lying to you about your insurance whether if it is network or not. I made an appointment with them because they had an event at my company. I asked the person attending the event if they were in network, they said yes . Then, 5 days before my appointment, i called their office and asked again if they can check if my insurance is within network, they said yes again. Cool, i believed them. 2 weeks later i was billed $500 for all those things that I was recommended to do during my appointment. I checked my coverage, my bill could’ve been half of that if it was in network. What a shady business. I do not recommend going here. My co worker told me to check with my insurance first before going to any dental because apparently all dental offices are shady as heck!!! Learned my lessons.

The staff are very friendly and I like that the doctor goes over x-rays to show what they see to help you make an informed decision on treatment.

Run far away from here. I have the top PPO in the state due to my husband is a longshoreman and they tried to rip me off. I was fitted for a temp crown in 9/2023 they tried to bill me for half of a deep cleaning and a permanent crown. They tried it all of $880.00. I called Delta and they said I was only responsible for 200 of a 1000.00 bill. I never came back because of the amount they tried to charge. Now I’m getting my crown put in and my new dentist (Loma Linda grads) (and that I can only get 1 every 5 years) said this office billed me for my permanent crown. I’m here at this office and they are trying to collect 800.00 still. Is this legal? Please don’t come here. They are absolutely HORRENDOUS!!! They are holding my crown hostage literally!! 0 stars for me!! RUN
Reply you are correct I was there Friday 6/13/2025. I’m just now getting around to writing this review. Let me help you remember..you made me wait in the lobby while you took your time conducting an interview. You corrected the 800 dollar balance to 389.00. How did this miraculously change when I was on the phone with Delta dental (who says I owe 51.00 + 171.00) in YOUR office. You talked to me bad in front of all your employees when I asked for an explanation of benefits. Just do right by Delta’s amount the I owe you and STOP trying to scam your customers ma’am and release my crown from being held hostage. BTW I’m writing a letter of grievance to Delta. Last thing. How do you sleep at night knowing your office scam people. As a matter of fact. I’m letting Delta know I will not be returning to your office. I have yet to get anything in writing other than what you say I perform YOUR office. Just bad business!!
Update 11/14/2025- Delta Dental cleared my crown so I can get another somewhere else. Again beware of Assure Dental in Ontario 😞
