If you need home health GO ELSEWHERE! This company is a joke. Ola the office worker who schedules the Certified Nurses Assistant's (CNA) not "nurses" as she calls them needs to find a new job. She would tell me a CNA would be coming and then no one showed up at all. I'm a new spinal cord patient and paralyzed from the chest down so getting around is a bit different now days, so I really need the help. However this company did not provide. They sent one CNA out who was wonderful. However, do to Ola's piss poor management and lack of staff Ola made the one CNA work 72 hours straight with out compensating her properly. My uncle had a heart attack and had increasing difficulty living on his own. He lives alone in San Bernardino, California and his children are in Michigan. But he wanted to live in his own home and hated staying in an assisted living facility or staff like that. The only thing we could do to find home care agency to help him. Alpha Home Health provided very skillful nurse and social worker that enabled my father to stay in his own home. Alpha Home Health staff were professional, insightful, courteous, and very prompt.
