I am a regular at Royal. I used to go to the one on Montgomery around the corner from Topa Topa in town.... No parking there..... they leave their truck parked out front.... Rarely move it.... Made me angry when I would need to spend 10 min driving around to find a spot. Very defensive . Royal is the opposite..... cheery well managed, plenty of parking, reasonably priced. Got an issue .... Jim is on the spot....solves problems. I have one fewer hassles in life now.
The staff is so professional and joyful. An absolutely perfect job on all of my dry cleaning, and fluff and fold services, every time! Absolutely life changing. Cannot recommend them enough!
They are under new ownership & Jim is amazing! The staff is so friendly and they are so quick! They call me when my laundry is ready for pick up. Gonna try the new pick-up and delivery soon.
